• Credit notes or confirmations will only be sent to the registered email address used for the purchase.
• Replacements will depend on product availability. If unavailable, a credit note or refund will be issued.
• Made-to-order products are not eligible for refunds or returns, except in the case of a verified defect or incorrect delivery.
• Shipping charges will be refunded only if your return qualifies under our free return
  conditions (defective or wrongly delivered product).
• Replacements or exchanges are offered only for the same product or style purchased. We are unable to replace an item with a different style, even if the price is the same.
