Return & Exchange Policy
Each VIA XVII piece is made to order, crafted especially for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. Your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange only under the following conditions:
1. Incorrect product delivered — the item received does not match the order confirmation.
2. Manufacturing or quality defect — the product is damaged or has a genuine defect upon arrival.
How to Request a Return / Report a Defect
To initiate a return or report a defect, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery at support@shopvia17.com
Subject line: Order #1234 — Return Request
Include:
- Your order number
- Date of delivery
- Clear photographs of the product
- A short description of the issue
Our team will respond within 48 business hours.
A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 3–4 business days.
Please ensure the item is unused, unworn, and has all original tags and packaging intact.
Size Exchanges
We encourage you to refer to our size chart before placing your order.
If you are unsure about your size, please write to us at support@shopvia17.com for guidance before purchasing. If you would like a different size in the same style:
- Request a return pickup within 48 hours of delivery.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, a store credit will be issued.
- You can then place a new order in your desired size.
Accepted returns or exchanges for verified defects or size issues are processed within 10–14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note:
- Returns showing signs of wear, misuse, or missing original tags/packaging will not be accepted.
- Size exchanges are not valid during special pricing or sale periods.
Terms & Conditions
- Credit notes or confirmations will only be sent to the registered email address used for the purchase.
- Replacements will depend on product availability. If unavailable, a credit note or refund will be issued.
- Made-to-order products are not eligible for refunds or returns, except in the case of a verified defect or incorrect delivery.
- Shipping charges will be refunded only if your return qualifies under our free return conditions (defective or wrongly delivered product).
- Replacements or exchanges are offered only for the same product or style purchased. We are unable to replace an item with a different style, even if the price is the same.
